Which Trump fighter and which access route?
The developer calls Magical Girl Trump the tenth roster addition and explicitly says regular Trump is planned later. The Steam DLC listing identifies this released two-form character; owning the free base game does not establish ownership of the DLC.
The announcement’s “most overpowered” wording is promotional description, not a measured competitive ranking. This guide explains the actual form transition and actions.
Base form: build toward Transform!

Learn the two actions separately before chaining them; this explains the movement relationship without asserting a guaranteed hit sequence. The transformed super is distinct from Transform!, so do not expect the base-form meter requirement to apply to it.

Use the Magical Girl Trump Steam DLC entry for this fighter. A future regular-Trump announcement would not automatically replace this DLC or its route.
