Projectile, kick, uppercut and movement burst
On a narrow screen, scroll sideways to see every column.
| Action | Input | Effect / condition |
|---|---|---|
| Obamuken | Special | A fast projectile for controlling space |
| Obama Kick | Forward + Special | A horizontal flying kick attack |
| Obama Punch | Up + Special | A rising uppercut |
| Speed Up! | Unique | A brief movement burst; can cancel other moves’ recovery |
Inputs name actions, not physical keys. Forward is toward the opponent; “+” means a combined input. Translate the actions with your control bindings and move notation.
The August community guide records a 66% speed increase for two seconds and an automatically recharging Chi gauge with an eight-second cooldown. Those are source-specific values, not a new measurement of a later executable build.

Chi and Obamahameha have different jobs
Speed Up consumes Chi, so repeatedly pressing Unique does not mean a movement burst is always available. Obamahameha is the selected super’s beam attack and uses the super system. Build the super resource with ordinary play, then create an opening that aligns the beam with the opponent.
The projectile controls a lane, the uppercut covers a rising approach, and the kick advances horizontally. That is a way to understand the documented actions, not a verified matchup chart. If you prefer enhanced-hit accumulation over a movement-cancel resource, compare Biden and Obama.
Living Legend is animation context
The transcription uses Living Legend for alternate super finish animations against Obama. Its surrounding lore is fictional parody. It does not establish a real-world law about killing living presidents in games, a combat immunity mechanic, or JFK’s starting-meter effect.
