Identify the correct DLC
The Steam DLC entry is Electoral Carnage — Richard Nixon. Its July store-date field should not erase the separately documented release delay: the developer posted a store-bug apology and a later availability announcement. See game and DLC installation if the base game runs but this fighter is unavailable.

The first upgrades arrive in a randomized order, so a hit count alone does not tell you which move is enhanced. The guide records a 1.5-second cooldown on enhanced actions. Sources disagree on the total hits needed to complete the gauntlet, including JFK-specific exceptions; no exact universal total is claimed here.
Check upgrades and the later timing change
The August patch improves Stars! and Stripes! frame timing and makes float slightly faster. It supplies no full numerical frame table. Learn which stone is present before expecting the range, shockwave or teleport result; then use the selected Manifest Destiny super when the build’s condition is satisfied.
Reports of a cancelled snap or a missed super are not proof of a permanent universal bug. Record the build and state if reporting a repeated failure.
